Did you go to the big cathedral (can’t remember the name) for church? Didn’t you mention having been there, or somewhere in DC, before, and they did lots of lovely chanting such as is fitting in a liturgical service but which is almost completely left out of liturgical services these days?

We actually didn’t attend a worship service on Sunday.

We did visit the National Cathedral (The Cathedral Church of St. Peter and St. Paul). It is gorgeous. Pictures coming soon.

The church I worshiped with a year ago in DC that I mentioned to you before might have been St. Paul’s on K street (http://www.stpauls-kst.com/). I’m not sure about that. Wherever it was, they nearly out-Catholiced the Catholics. Except for that whole pope thing, of course. You would have loved it.
